The job
Support the consulting partners in project management
Client liaison and project planning/management
Strategic input / support on larger projects
Lead smaller projects with support from rest of team
Attending and analysing research, including debrief development
Co-facilitate workshop, and manage write-ups and analysis
Stimulus preparation & briefing
Research agency liaison
Briefing designers & copy writers
Travel for projects to Europe, Russia and the Middle East
New business support – opportunity identification, research, preparing for and attending meetings, proposal writing
Experience required
Educated to degree level
Experience working with an innovation or branding consultancy/agency
Ideally have worked client side at a consumer company – not a pre req
Worked on consumer led innovation projects
Experience working with blue-chip brands & agencies that have high expectations of quality output and intellectual rigour
Have the ability to think quickly and appreciate that good productivity is essential in a fast-moving industry
Possess a positive attitude to problem solving and have a can-do attitude
Enjoy working in teams but be happy to work independently
Possess an attention to detail, interest in design and have a service oriented attitude towards your internal & external clients
Workshop facilitation – not a pre-req
Ideally have languages – not a pre-req
Salary – £55-75,000 + benefits
